Rich blue fused glass and intricate silver wirework make this one of a kind fused glass pendant necklace a real focal piece.
I created the fused glass cabochon by hand, giving it beautiful layered blue tones with natural variations within the glass. I then wrapped the finished cabochon in silver-plated wire, using detailed wire weaving and decorative spirals to frame the glass while still allowing the colour to take centre stage.
Because both the glass cabochon and the wirework are handmade, this is a genuinely individual necklace rather than a repeated design.
