You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, unlit and in the same condition in which they were received, with no damage or alterations. The buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described. Please package returned candles carefully to prevent damage in transit. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Candle Safety Information Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials. Always place on a stable, heat-resistant surface or candle tray before lighting. Due to the decorative shape, melted wax may drip during burning. Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before each use. Keep away from other burning candles and sources of heat. Do not move the candle while lit or while the wax is hot. Stop burning when approximately 1 cm of wax remains. For decorative use, please follow all candle safety instructions when burning.
