Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, unlit and in the same condition in which they were received, with no damage or alterations. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials. Always place on a stable, heat-resistant surface or candle tray before lighting. Due to the decorative shape, melted wax may drip during burning. Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before each use. Keep away from other burning candles and sources of heat. Do not move the candle while lit or while the wax is hot. Stop burning when approximately 1 cm of wax remains. For decorative use, please follow all candle safety instructions when burning.
