As an AuDHD adult, parent and carer, I understand how challenging busy mornings can be. This easy-to-follow visual support card provides a clear reminder of everyday essentials, helping children build confidence and routine skills while relying less on verbal prompts.

The checklist includes clear visuals for Water Bottle, Snack, Lunch Box, Ear Defenders, Fidgets, Coat, Hat and Gloves, making it quick and easy to scan before leaving home.

Perfect for children who benefit from visual supports, including those with autism, ADHD, SEN and executive functioning difficulties. Ideal for use at home, school, therapy settings or attached to a lanyard when out and about.

This design comes as shown and is not fully customisable. Minor wording changes or removal of checklist items can be made for an additional £1.

If you would like your own colours, wording or layout, fully personalised versions are available for a small £3 redesign fee per card. Please message me before purchasing.

Each card is professionally sublimated onto durable PVC, creating a vibrant, waterproof and wipe-clean finish that won't peel or fade with everyday use.

Size: Approximately 10.2cm x 6.9cm.

Features a lightweight yet durable design, rounded corners for comfort and safety, and full-colour printing for clear visibility.

An optional A4 laminated version is also available for an additional £3, making it useful as a larger visual reminder at home or in the classroom.
