As an AuDHD adult, parent and carer, I know how helpful visual reminders can be. The example shown was originally created for my own son to help him remember what he needed each day. It became a simple way to reduce anxiety, build independence and cut down on repeated reminders.

Whether used at school, home, work or in the community, this card can be tailored to suit the individual using it.

Simply provide your chosen heading and up to 4 icons or PECS. These might be school items, daily essentials, communication prompts or routine reminders.

If any personalisation boxes are left blank, the card will be made using the example design shown in the listing photos.

Made from durable sublimated PVC, each card is waterproof, wipe clean and built for everyday use. It is ideal for attaching to a lanyard, keeping on a desk, carrying in a pocket or clipping to a bag.

Size: Approximately 10.2cm x 6.9cm.

Features a full-colour sublimated print, rounded corners for comfort and safety, and a flexible yet durable finish that won't peel or fade.
