Returns & Exchanges I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. For ready-made items, I accept returns in accordance with applicable UK consumer rights. If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. The item should be returned unused and in its original condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, baby soaps cannot be returned once opened or used, unless the item is faulty or not as described. Custom-made or personalised knitted items, including items made to your requested measurements or specifications, are not normally eligible for a change-of-mind return. I will always discuss the details with you before starting a custom order, so please feel free to message me if you have any questions. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact me as soon as possible and I will be happy to help. Please message me before sending anything back so I can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Each piece is carefully knitted by hand using Baby Cashmerino, a beautifully soft blend of Merino wool, cashmere and microfibre, chosen for its softness and comfort against delicate baby skin and finished with great attention to detail. I take great pride in creating beautiful baby clothes that are made properly, with patience, care and love.
I believe in good old English quality - taking the time to make things beautifully, rather than rushing the process. Every stitch is made with care, and I hope you can feel a little bit of the love and soul that goes into each piece.
