Items are carefully handmade and securely packaged before dispatch. If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact me through Folksy within the required return period. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition. Custom-made or personalised items made specifically to the customer's requirements are non-refundable unless faulty or not as described.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
