All baby knitwear is designed and hand crafted by Demelza Designer Knitwear.com in Cornwall meeting UK baby safety standards, Only branded premuim acylic, acrylic/natural fibre blends or pure natural fibre yarns are used in baby knitwear which conforms to BS984/76 standards.
Their knitwear patterns are not available to purchase to the general public. All knitwear is protected by ©️ design.

This gorgeous baby girl's cardigan has been designed and hand knitted in Cornwall using top quality machine washable merino wool yarns. The main yarn is 100% designer 'Jaeger' branded, the multicoloured is 100% designer Italian pure merino wool and a 90% cream merino wool and 10% polyester yarn. Merino wool is hypoallergenic against the skin and extremely soft. The buttons are made from genuine wood with a sweet sentiment on them. On the back neck edge of the cardigan the soft damask branded Demelza garment label is attached with the care instructions woven within it for lasting reference. A matching garment swing tag will be applied to the front prior to dispatching for a total professional presentation.
There is a demand for designer hand knitted baby garments made from natural fibre yarns by perants looking for quality and individuality for their baby. Unfortunately branded merino wool yarns are expensive to purchase for the designer knitter to use with the averaging costing £7.00 per 50 gram ball!
