This I Am Worth the Effort Pocket Token is a small thoughtful keepsake and positive affirmation, designed to offer a gentle reminder that your needs matter and that you deserve patience, kindness and care.
With its reassuring 'I Am Worth the Effort' design, it is a simple way to encourage yourself or someone special to remember that needing time, support or understanding does not make them too much or too hard to love.
Measuring approximately 38mm, the token is compact enough to slip easily into a pocket, purse, bag or pencil case, making it easy to keep close at hand. Lightweight and easy to carry, it is designed to offer a little extra reassurance, self-belief or encouragement whenever it is needed.
Each pocket token image is designed by me, making every design part of my own collection of meaningful little reminders and positive affirmations.
Each token comes presented on a kraft backing card with the message:
'A little token to carry with you. You are not too much and you are not too hard to love. Let this token remind you that your heart deserves patience, your needs deserve kindness and you are worth the effort.'
The wording 'Worth' and 'Effort' can be personalised with your choice of colour, while the remaining wording stays black.
A thoughtful little self-worth gift for difficult days, moments of self-doubt, times when someone needs reassurance or simply as an everyday reminder that their needs, feelings and wellbeing matter. Small enough to carry anywhere, it offers a gentle little reminder to treat yourself with the same patience and kindness you would offer someone else.
