Full description
An original miniature painting of a peacock with his tail on show. The eyes of the feathers have a slight heart shape, and there are more little hearts on the crest on his head, making this a good gift for a loved one. The background of the tail is a green teal colour, with details in metallic blue and green which catch the light.
The shimmering bird art is painted in acrylics on a 7cm x 7cm mini canvas (2.8" x 2.8"), and is signed and dated on the back. The small size makes this suitable for those who don't have much wall space to display artwork, easily fitting on a narrow shelf, windowsill or fireplace, or it could add a touch of sparkle on a desk to brighten up the work day.
The mini peacock painting will either come with a 12cm (4.7") wooden easel for display, or can be strung with a ribbon in a colour that matches the painting to allow wall hanging (as in the final picture). Just choose with easel or ribbon hanging when you buy.
Please be aware the background colour is difficult to photograph - this is a teal green. I've tried to get the images as close to reality as I can, and the images with white backgrounds are more accurate for this colour, but remember the colours on your screen may appear slightly differently to the actual colour of the item.
