You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
These monkeys were once part of a monkey stacking game. They've been upcycled into unique ornaments for your tree with jute twine for hanging. They've been carefully cleaned before having the string attached. They're plastic-free!
You'll get both ornaments.
All Team Sikel products are handmade from upcycled materials and no two are exactly alike. Being reclaimed, they may have signs of wear from their previous lives (eg scratches, marks, chipped paint etc).
The pictures are the monkeys you will receive, so please review them carefully. If you have any questions or requests, please contact me before placing your order.
