This Feelings Are Allowed Pocket Token is a small thoughtful keepsake designed to offer a gentle reminder that whatever you are feeling is allowed.
With its reassuring 'Feelings Are Allowed' design, it is a simple way to encourage yourself or someone special to be a little gentler with themselves, take a breath and remember that feelings do not always need to be explained or fixed.
Measuring approximately 38mm, the token is compact enough to slip easily into a pocket, purse, bag or pencil case, making it easy to keep close at hand. Lightweight and easy to carry, it is designed to offer a little extra reassurance, comfort or encouragement whenever it is needed.
Each pocket token image is designed by me, making every design part of my own collection of meaningful little reminders.
Each token comes presented on a kraft backing card with the message:
'Feelings are allowed. Some days bring big feelings, quiet feelings or feelings you cannot quite explain. Let this token remind you to be gentle with yourself, take a breath, and let yourself feel what you feel.'
The wording 'Feelings Are Allowed' can be personalised with your choice of colour, allowing you to choose a shade that feels just right for you or the person receiving it.
A thoughtful little reassurance gift for difficult days, overwhelming moments, times when emotions feel hard to untangle or simply as an everyday reminder to be kinder to yourself. Small enough to carry anywhere, it offers a gentle little prompt to pause, breathe and allow yourself to feel without judgement.
