A very warm welcome to my collection of original artwork. I just love creating pieces that captures the rugged beauty of the landscape in a moment in time.
Prior to posting, the artwork will be carefully encased in a protective wrap then secured in heavy duty packaging. If possible I will reuse appropriate materials to ensure each piece is safe during transit.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
This is an original textile wall hanging. The theme is fighting poverty and keeping the wolf from the door. The wall hanging is in two segments. The first shows a large comfy chair inviting us in. Curled up in the foreground rests a dog. On the back wall there are some pictures, one has the words, 'Not Today', which is the title of the artwork. Today we have food, heating and some comfort to be grateful for. The other half of the piece features a wolf as it retreats into the shadows. I have used a range of up cycled fabrics and cut and hand sewn them together for each scene. I then machined the all the pieces together.
Some key features of this wall hanging include:
- This is an original, one-off, textile wall hanging.
- It is ready to hang without a frame so you appreciate all the different colours and textures. I have inserted a wooden dowel on the back in an attached pocket. I've then securely attached rope for it to hang on a picture hook. Alternatively you may choose to have the piece framed.
- The total size is 16 inches wide by 13 inches in length.
- I've called this work, 'Not Today.'
- Also included is a note of authentication from me, Susan Betty.
- Shipping across the U.K. is included.
This textile wall hanging will be posted out by first class mail. The work will be covered with glassine paper before it is carefully encased in bubble wrap (or equivalent). It will then be secured in a heavy duty mailing materials.
