A Dot of Grounding Pocket Token is a small thoughtful keepsake designed to offer a gentle reminder to pause, breathe and come back to yourself when things feel scattered or uncertain. With its reassuring 'A Dot of Grounding' design, it's a simple way to carry a little sense of steadiness and calm wherever the day takes you.
Measuring approximately 38mm, the token is compact enough to slip easily into a pocket, purse, bag or pencil case, making it easy to keep close at hand. It is carefully made as a lightweight little keepsake, designed to be carried with you whenever a little extra reassurance or grounding is needed. Each pocket token image is designed by me, making every design part of my own collection of meaningful little reminders.
Each token comes presented on a kraft backing card with the message:
'A reminder to come back to yourself. Some days may leave you feeling scattered or unsure. Let this token be a gentle reminder to pause, breathe, and return to what helps you feel steady, safe and present.'
The 'A Dot' and 'Grounding' text can be personalised with your choice of 14 colour options, so you can choose the one that feels just right. Please select your preferred colour from the available options when ordering.
