Full description
I have put together here a card of 6 dichroic glass cabachons . All three are opaque, with a black glass base, then a layer of dichro then a layer of clear glass.
The top 4 are all the same shade, a pale pink cab that goes to a pale green in certain lights. The bottom 2 are also made from the same glass, a golden ochre colour that changes to green golds under light.
I have tried to take images of the cabs in different lights to show this. Dichroic glass is impossible to photograph! they are much brighter in real life.
They are all slightly different, all approx 6mm deep. They vary in size, but these are approximately 10mm diameter.
I have added a ruler to the photos as a guide. Use them in a mosaic, your own jewellery and they can be fired into silver metal clay.
These are hand-made cabochons so be aware they may not be perfectly round. Marks and air bubbles in the glass can be left from the firing process and is expected.
