You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

Shipping and Processing: Ready made items ship in 2 days from purchase and will be sent via Royal Mail. Made to order items depending on what the item is you have ordered will take 5 to 7 days to paint then varnished once fully dry. Handmade Quality and Care: Every item is 100%hand painted with acrylics and professionally varnished to last a lifetime! Coasters & Keyrings are wipe clean only NOT dishwasher safe! Expect charming, unique variations in every piece. Custom Orders: Tailor made or personalised items cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled once painting has begun. Returns: For standard items, notify me within 14 days of delivery to return. Items must be returned unused in original packaging. Buyer covers return postage, tracked is advised and recommended. Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please message me with photos of the item and packaging within 48hr so i can arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
