Thank you for popping into my shop! I’m a retired Graphic Designer, but thankfully I haven’t retired from being creative. I still love the process of making things, experimenting with colour, pattern and texture, and giving new life to all sorts of materials.
You’ll find a colourful and eclectic mix of handmade pieces in my shop, with birds and flowers featuring strongly throughout. I particularly enjoy combining unexpected materials, patterns and colours to create unique mixed-media pieces — so there’s always something a little different to discover.
I’m also a big believer in happy postage! If you find more than one item you’d like, I ALWAYS combine postage and refund any excess. I know it can be a little alarming to see the postage total increase as you add items to your basket, but please don’t worry. I’ll package your purchases together and refund the excess postage on the same day your order is dispatched.

A moth you'll be very happy to find in your wardrobe! This quirky, handmade lavender bag is not only decorative, but also filled with wonderfully fragrant lavender to help keep those pesky clothes moths at bay. It's also perfectly sized to make a lovely letterbox gift for someone special.
The moth is my own original design, printed onto cotton fabric and then embellished by hand. I've added delicate seed beads and embroidery stitches to the wings to give them a little extra sparkle and texture, while the antennae cleverly form part of the hanging loop. The reverse of the bag is plain black, keeping the focus firmly on the colourful moth design.
Inside is dried lavender from this year's harvest, giving the bag a lovely natural fragrance. Hang it in a wardrobe, drawer or cupboard to enjoy its soothing scent while helping to discourage unwanted clothes moths.
Measuring approximately 10cm from wingtip to wingtip, it's small enough to pop through the letterbox, but full of handmade charm. A fun and unusual little gift for nature lovers, gardeners, or anyone who appreciates something a bit different!
