Its Okay to Pause Pocket Token is a small thoughtful keepsake designed to offer a gentle reminder that you do not have to keep going without giving yourself a moment to breathe. With its reassuring 'Its Okay to Pause' design, it is a simple way to remind yourself or someone special that slowing down is not giving up - sometimes it is exactly what you need.
Measuring approximately 38mm, the token is compact enough to slip easily into a pocket, purse, bag or pencil case, making it easy to keep close at hand. It is carefully made as a lightweight little keepsake, designed to be carried with you whenever a little extra reassurance is needed. Each pocket token image is designed by me, making every design part of my own collection of meaningful little reminders.
Each token comes presented on a kraft backing card with the message:
'A little permission to pause. You do not have to keep going without a moment to breathe. Let this token remind you that pausing is not giving up - it is part of looking after yourself.'
The 'Okay' and 'Pause' wording can be personalised with your choice of 14 colour options, so you can choose the one that feels just right. Please select your preferred colour from the available options when ordering.
A thoughtful little pocket keepsake for busy days, overwhelming moments, difficult times or simply as an everyday reminder to slow down and give yourself permission to pause. Small enough to carry anywhere, it offers a quiet sense of reassurance whenever you need a moment for yourself.
