Full description
This unique patchwork quilt features a mosaic of ten different vintage Welsh tweeds. The tweeds were carefully selected and pieced together to represent a flower border in high summer when bright colours blend together. The organic cotton fabric backing & hand stitched binding is a lovely bright purple colour which complements the colours found in the tweeds. The natural British wool batting used as wadding gives the patchwork quilt a lovely weight and warmth. Perfect for all seasons, this patchwork quilt is ideal for snuggling under on a chilly evening or as decoration for a rustic, farmhouse feel.
Please note in keeping with the sustainable ethos of Forage & Hearth, the backing fabric is also pieced.
