Full description
Breathe Then Begin Pocket Token is a small thoughtful keepsake designed to offer a gentle reminder to pause before taking the next step. With its encouraging 'Breathe Then Begin' design, it is a simple way to remind yourself or someone special that sometimes the best place to start is with one quiet breath.
Measuring approximately 38mm, the token is compact enough to slip easily into a pocket, purse, bag or pencil case, making it easy to keep close at hand. It is carefully made as a lightweight little keepsake, designed to be carried with you whenever a little extra reassurance or calm is needed. Each pocket token image is designed by me, making every design part of my own collection of meaningful little reminders.
Each token comes presented on a kraft backing card with the message:
'A small pause before the next step. Some moments feel easier when you give yourself time to breathe. Let this token remind you to pause, take a gentle breath, and begin again when you are ready.'
The 'Breathe Then Begin' wording can be personalised with your choice of 14 colour options, so you can choose the one that feels just right. Please select your preferred colour from the available options when ordering.
A thoughtful little pocket keepsake for difficult moments, busy days, times of change or whenever you simply need a little space before moving forward. Small enough to carry anywhere, it offers a quiet reminder that you can pause, breathe and begin again in your own time.
The slate heart shown in the photographs is a photography prop only and is not included with your purchase.
Please note that colours may vary slightly from the photographs shown, as lighting and individual screen settings can affect how they appear.
