Full description
When I was younger, I had a colouring book with semi-transparent pages, and I absolutely loved the effect of each page after it was coloured in. I d never seen another one since, and when I started drawing my nudes as stained glass windows, I thought about the colouring book again.
After months of research, I found the right paper, and a way to produce pages, and my dream of a colouring book with stained glass pictures you could cut out and attach to the windows was complete! I ve included photos of finished pages, completed in different media, taped to a window, so you can see how they look.
This is a limited run, so I m not sure if there ll ever be any more than these 18. This book includes ten illustrations in total, printed one-sidedly so you can remove it and put them onto a window.
Posted in a paper bag, in a hard backed envelope. I work hard to ensure there is as little plastic involved in all my sales as possible.
There are instructions included, but it s basically like any colouring book! The only difference is that it s best to colour on the back of each page. I ve tested lots of different media, and while I ve found sharpies and pro markers work the best, any felt tip pen would work, and even coloured pencils give a subtle pastel effect.
