You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

Please contact me as soon as you can if you wish to return an item. I cannot accept the return of items that have been personalised unless they are damaged. flawed or faulty. I will happily take back any other item as long as it is unused and in the condition in which you received it. If the item arrives to you damaged, not as described, sub-standard or in another way flawed or faulty, please contact me through Folksy to discuss return. If any of these things apply I will pay for the item to be returned and refund the cost of the item plus any previous postage costs. If you have simply changed your mind I will still accept non-personalised items back but in this case I do ask that you arrange for, and pay for, the return of the item. I will still refund the cost of the item and the original postage costs to you. I will not be able to replace the item if it is one-of-a-kind but will swap it for another item if you prefer this to a refund. If the item you choose if of a higher value

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
