About this item
Fused glass soap dish, of a sparkly aventurine green centre strip with streaky aventurine green and white edges. It was made by layering clear glass over the streaky and aventurine glasses and these were fused together after cutting to shape. The clear raised bars on top were cut and shaped in the kiln separately, then a further firing melted the bars to the base. Now the soap will not form a soggy mess! The soap in the photos is for illustration only. The dish measures approx. 8 cm x 13 cm and has small bumper feet to stop it sliding on the basin.
