Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

I hope you’ll be happy with your purchase, but if you change your mind you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact me before returning an item. Items should be returned unused and in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or has arrived damaged. If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with it, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help. Personalised or custom-made items cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Handmade Travel Memory Journal - A Writing Journal for Holidays & Adventures
A handmade 8.5" by 4" travel writing journal, thoughtfully created to be carried, held, written in and filled with the memories of your adventures.
Bound using machine stitching for durability, this journal contains 40 writing pages, giving plenty of space for long reflections, travel notes, sketches and keepsakes without becoming bulky.
The journal combines my own hand tea-dyed archival papers with beautiful 'Art of Travel' papers by Stamperia, creating a warm, well-travelled feel throughout while still leaving generous space for your own story.
Made with the intention of being held, written in, enjoyed, and becoming a home for your travel memories.
