A simple, soft fabric door stopper designed to keep internal doors open, or gently held nearly closed, without the hard plastic or metal of a traditional doorstop.
Handmade from sturdy cotton fabric in a classic grey herringbone, this little door wedge is filled with rice to give it enough weight to hold an internal door securely on carpeted flooring.
The clever design slides neatly underneath the door, helping to prevent doors from slamming shut, rattling in a breeze or drifting open.

How it works
Simply slide the centre section underneath the bottom of the door. The weighted fabric sections sit on either side and help keep the door where you want it.
This version is deliberately made for internal doors on carpeted flooring. It is not designed for heavy external doors or hard wooden flooring, where a heavier doorstop would be more suitable.
Each door stopper is made by hand, so there may be very slight variations in the fabric or stitching. That's part of the charm of a handmade item and means your doorstop is individually made rather than mass produced.
