Limited edition (of 50) giclée print. Image taken from my original watercolour painting of the same name, scanned and printed by me onto an A4 sheet of fine art print paper (acid free) using light-fast pigment inks.
I decided to make prints of my Christmas card designs available after multiple requests from lovely customers at artisan markets. There seems to be a trend for Christmas prints that are brought out yearly as part of annual festive decorations and it's a trend I'm happy to go along with :)
I like to allow my imagination to take over when it comes to Christmas illustrations, hence my (growing) series of anthropomorphised festive creatures waiting patiently to open their Christmas gifts. I have firmly embraced my love of traditional children's book illustrations with these designs. Here we have a polar bear (my favourite wild animal) waiting patiently to open his gift... can you tell what it is?
