You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

If you need to return an item, please review the guidelines below: Change of Mind / Cancelations: In accordance with UK distance selling laws, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify me in writing if you wish to cancel or return your item. How to Start a Return: Please contact me directly through the 'Contact' me via Folksy shop page or email . Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. I recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage.Glass Packaging Requirement: Glass is fragile! The item must be returned in its original packaging and safely wrapped. If the item is returned damaged due to poor packaging, a deduction may be made from the refund to reflect the loss in value. Once I receive the item back in its original condition, I will issue a full refund . Personalised items cannot be returned .

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
