Mindfulness Birds - each individually made by hand, while embracing a slow "Here and Now" mindful practice. Imbued with hope, with the intention to help someone else to achieve the feeling of soothing comfort and encourage self-love.
They are to be held and handled.
They can be used as an aide to achieve a grounding feeling of safety and self-worth.
Every one of these birds has an imperfect uniqueness. They also make a great décor for Christmas.
