Hello and welcome!
Thank you for popping into my shop! I’m a retired Graphic Designer, but thankfully I haven’t retired from being creative. I still love the process of making things, experimenting with colour, pattern and texture, and giving new life to all sorts of materials.
You’ll find a colourful and eclectic mix of handmade pieces in my shop, with birds and flowers featuring strongly throughout. I particularly enjoy combining unexpected materials, patterns and colours to create unique mixed-media pieces — so there’s always something a little different to discover.
I’m also a big believer in happy postage! If you find more than one item you’d like, I ALWAYS combine postage and refund any excess. I know it can be a little alarming to see the postage total increase as you add items to your basket, but please don’t worry. I’ll package your purchases together and refund the excess postage on the same day your order is dispatched.

A little bundle of nature, colour and fragrance, this handmade lavender gift set would make a charming present for a nature lover, keen gardener or anyone who appreciates thoughtful handmade gifts. It's also perfectly sized to make a lovely letterbox gift.
The lavender bag features a colourful textile print taken from one of my original mixed-media artworks, featuring a pale blue butterfly resting on a white rudbeckia flower. I've hand stitched a selection of metallic seed beads into the centre of the rudbeckia, adding a subtle shimmer and extra texture.
Inside is wonderfully fragrant lavender, picked by me from this year's harvest.
The lavender bag measures approximately 10cm square and has a hanging loop of around 6.5cm, finished with a few pretty ceramic beads. The reverse is plain black.
The set also includes a 5 x 7-inch handmade card, featuring a fabric print of the same artwork on the front and a blank interior for your own personal message. The card fits a standard frame, so once the message has been read, it can be kept and enjoyed as a little piece of artwork in its own right.
With its beautiful floral design, hand-stitched details and matching card and gift tag, this is a gift that's made to delight the senses and be treasured.
