About this item
This is my new puppy. A large fluffy boy of no particular breed. He measures 16" (40cm) from his nose to his tail when on his side. He is so plump and cuddly you wont want to put him down. He is knitted in Rowan Alpaca Boucle yarn which has been brushed to create his soft fluffy appearance. You may notice a colour difference in the photos this is due to light differences. The puppy's true colour is the darker almond brown as shown in the last photograph. His belly is stuffed with a soft heavy fibre fill for weight and a light and fine filler in his upper body and front paws to enable some positioning. He wears a creamy coloured textured collar with button removal. This is my creation but is based on a design by Claire Garland. A talented pattern creator of realistic wild and domestic animals. PLEASE NOTE This knitted animal is not a toy and intended only for adults or for display. The yarn used is not suitable for babies or children under 14 and contains small parts.

I just need to look at this puppy and I am inspired to create another. I also love to make cats and kittens and knitted bear.
