This personalised Pocket Heart has been created as a small but meaningful reminder for someone who may need a little extra encouragement, kindness or support.
The handmade resin heart is filled with beautiful silver flakes and attached to a personalised keepsake card featuring the recipient's name and the message:
"Sending You Strength and Hugs"
Beneath the heart is a gentle reminder:

Small enough to keep somewhere special, the resin heart can be removed from the card and carried in a pocket, kept beside the bed, placed on a desk or simply held whenever a little reminder of your support is needed.

Please provide the recipient's first name when ordering. The name will be printed onto the keepsake card as shown in the photographs.
