You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Please make me aware of any returns or issues with 14 days of receiving your purchase. I want to make sure you receive great customer service from me so please feel free to reach out to me and I’ll do my best to help. Unfortunately I do not accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons unless there is a fault with them. Please also note unless the product is faulty the customer is responsible for return postage costs. For International orders apart from the UK you will be responsible for all return costs including custom charges if you wish to return even if the product is faulty. Thank you, Rosie.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Pretty floral handcrafted earrings made of acrylic floral component pieces and a mix of pearls and seed beads. Using a combination of wire work and bead work the earrings are finished off using hypoallergenic sterling 925 silver earring wires.
Measurements- approximately 3.5cm from the top of the hook to the bottom of the seed beads.
