Serpentine builds inner strength and self confidence. It's also calming, helping you to find inner peace. Rutilated quartz can help to heal all aspects, both physical and emotional, as is partly clear quartz. It can align all the chakras together, allowing energy to flow easier and bringing balance. Also a stone of protection. Stretch bracelet, so no fiddly clasps. Non stretch circumference of about 7inch / 18cm. If you are worried about sizing, drop me a message, and I can make adjustments.
