I'm happy to take custom orders for pieces, simply get in touch or choose options in the drop down menu on listings and I'd love to create something for you. I also re-purpose as much as I can and re-use postage bags etc so they don't end up in landfill ! Thanks for popping by and I hope you love my pieces as much as i've loved making them.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

These hessian style wine bottle bags can be personalised to suit your celebration, wedding, birthday, graduation, housewarming, as a thank you gift, the possibilities are endless. Simply let me know in the options what name, message, colour scheme etc you would like and I'll design it for you. Fantastic to present a bottle of something delicious in ! They will hold most standard size bottles of wine, prosecco or champagne.
