Full description
A top quality, hand crafted summer festival leisure hat, sewn in a bucket hat style, fully reversible.
Hand sewn with a blue cotton twill, with a lovely bright red polycotton with small patriotic union jacks on the reverse. All seams are hidden and finished with a matching blue topstitch. The brim is interfaced to help maintain it's shape.
I have also added two eyelets on either side of the hat to help with ventilation on those really hot summer days.
After chasing so many hats myself when the wind picked up, I've also added a set of detatchable suede laces and toggle which are finished with an attractive hand made Celtic knot. The laces are fully removable via two side eyelets to enable you to reverse the hat.
The hat size is a 55cm circumference medium fit, but please measure beforehand to avoid disappointment. Please contact me if another size is required as I may be able to help.
An ideal gift for those hot balmy summer days to prevent glare and sunburn.
Quality machine stitched to a high standard and fully machine washable on a delicate 30 degree wash but do not tumble dry.
The reason for sale is that this hat was part of my first collection where I used a hand die set for the eyelets. I'm not 100% happy with the quality as they may with time show imperfections.
