Full description
The bunting is 3.3 metres excluding ties with 21 flags. Hanging on gold bias binding.
The fabric is from the Northcott Shimmer range with spots and dots with a metallic overlay. It features rich shades of blue and teal accented with metallic highlights. The glimmering bubble design adds movement and depth.
