Sometimes our brain needs a thought dump to be able to switch off properly for sleep, the art of being able to write it down and know it's there for the morning to be picked up again if needed or ripped off and thrown away signals release to your brain and lets you relax and drift off to sleep.
During my time working as an emotional literacy support assistant one thing I noticed I said a lot of kids with anxiety was "Try writing it down and get it out of your head before sleep" and that advice resonates with all ages to be honest!
This 50 page pad is printed on high quality 120gsm paper with a solid greyboard card back, available in A5 or A6 glued at the top so you can rip away as you're finished with the top sheet.
All artwork is hand drawn or digitally designed by myself, Monty and Mabel are cartoons inspired by my own real life cats making these pads truly unique.
