Full description
Aqua Damnatis means water to the damned. In British folklore robins got their breast by delivering drops of water to souls in purgatory or hell and the fires scorched them.
This painting is acrylic gouache on watercolour paper with the edges hand burned. It is mounted on bristol board.
Originally 6x4" but smaller due to burning it is mounted on 6.5x4.4" bristol board.
It is signed and comes with a small information sheet.
Please note that it is quite fragile due to the burned edges and handling may cause slight ashy smudges.
