Shipping Times:
I will ship out your order within 3 working days of receiving.
While I guarantee that your order will be shipped on time, I am not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier service, customs clearance, or peak holiday seasons. Once the package is in the hands of the postal carrier, the delivery timeline is outside of my control. Please note: Sellers are not responsible for postal delays, transit issues, or customs holds.
UK Postage:
Items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class with tracking. The delivery is usually 1-3 business days, but can be longer. Although including tracking increases the postage cost, it ensures that your items are fully traceable during transit.
International Postage Letter Sized Packages (excluding U.S]:
Letter sized items, such as stickers, will be sent via Royal Mail International 1st Class Tracked. Although the tracking increases the postage cost, it ensures that your items are fully traceable during transit. This delivery method is usually 3-7 business days, but can be longer.
International Postage Large Letter Sized Packages (excluding U.S):
All international accessories orders; such as earrings and brooches, will be sent via Royal Mail International 1st Class Tracked. Although the tracking increases the postage cost, it ensures that your items are fully traceable during transit. This delivery method is usually 3-7 business days, but can be longer.
International Postage United States Only:
Due to the tariffs for importing into the United States, items will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked, with delivery duty paid (DDP). The delivery is usually 3-7 business days, but can be longer. DDP requires a tracked postal service, and the cost of the DDP is determined by the value and weight of a package. Unfortunately this means it can be quite a high postage price point. I am hopeful this price will go down in the future if and when the tariff situation changes for importing goods into the United States.
EU Shipping:
As a UK-based small business, I am happy to ship nationwide and to non-EU international countries. However, I can no longer support delivery to EU countries. This is due to complex EU trade policies, specifically the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), along with strict customs requirements and international postal changes. Unfortunately, the administration required to meet these legal frameworks is unsustainable for my shop. I sincerely apologise to my EU customers for the inconvenience
Customs & Import Fees:
Please be aware that orders outside of the U.K. may be subject to custom or duty fees, or an import fee/tax. The buyer is responsible for payments of these fees.
Packaging:
I do not offer a formal gift wrapping service, but all items are carefully and securely packaged to ensure they arrive safely. I am happy to include a printed gift note with your order free of charge! Please send me a direct message with your custom note immediately after placing your order, and I will gladly include it in the box.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
Returns are accepted on standard non-custom orders only. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and dispatch the item back within 14 days. Due to hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can only be returned if they are completely unworn and remain sealed inside their original, unopened packaging, with the seals intact. Custom made, personalised, or unsealed intimate items cannot be returned unless faulty. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed once the item is received and confirmed by the seller to be in its original condition. As per Folksy guidance, faulty items can be returned within 6 months of payment being made.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

The Pair: One "Red Wax Wrapped" style charm (holographic gold, yellow, green, red glitter mix) & one "Edam" style charm (holographic gold, yellow, red glitter mix).
One Sided Print, Two Sided View: Printed strictly on the front of transparent, frosted shrink plastic. The vibrant design remains fully visible as a smooth silhouette from the reverse side.
Front Only Glitter & Gloss: Hand painted glitter is sealed under high quality glossy UV resin for protection.
Hardware: Sparkling 18K gold-plated brass stud findings with cubic zirconia stones & butterfly backs. Features gold coloured eye pins, jump rings & a mix of yellow, red, & gold glass/plastic beads.
Dimensions & Comfort:
Size: Approx. 1.5cm wide by 6cm high including studs (0.59 x 2.36 in). Hardened plastic charms are about 5mm thick.
Comfort: Resin coated shrink plastic makes these earrings incredibly lightweight for comfortable, all day wear.
Care Instructions: Do not submerge in water. Remove before bathing/swimming. Handle gently & avoid exerting excessive force or yanking the charms. This item does not come with spare "plain" butterfly backs.
