I’ve always loved jade its smooth feel, its grounding weight, and the calm energy it carries. I wanted to create a mala that reflected that, so I chose black jade for strength and white jade for balance.
The black jade tiger pendant arrived with one ear missing, and I loved it instantly. Its little imperfection gives it character and reminds me that strength doesn’t have to be perfect.
I made this mala slowly and intentionally, bead by bead, creating something meaningful that someone else might connect with too.

This handmade mala features a striking mix of black jade and white jade beads, finished with a detailed tiger pendant that gives the piece strength and character. The tiger pendant has one ear missing, but this is exactly how the pendant was originally made it’s part of its unique, rustic charm and adds to the individuality of the piece.
Each bead is carefully strung to create a smooth, comfortable flow, making it ideal for meditation, mindfulness practice or simply as a meaningful statement necklace. The contrasting jade tones bring balance and boldness, while the tiger symbolises courage, protection and confidence.
