THE STORY: I actually made this hoop as a charity challenge to stitch every day in March 2024 and took over 30hrs of work. I am proud to have raised over £500 for Motor Neurone Disease in honour of a friend who sadly passed of this cruel disorder. It doesn't deserve to be hidden away I'm sure you'll agree.
Embroidered hoops are perfect to decorate any room in your home or as a gift for any friend or family for whatever the occasion.
Your purchase includes completed embroidery, 100% drawn and sewn by hand. Embroidery is made on linen background, using quality, colour fast DMC cotton thread.
I have displayed it in a high quality DMC solid beech frame which is square with rounded edges and a smart brass fitting to show off the work to its best advantage. If you love the work but it's out of your budget due to the expensive hoop it's in, message me and I could remount it in a bamboo hoop.
Please note small slubs are common in linen and part of their natural beauty. Colours may appear different on some monitors but all those shown are taken outside in my garden in natural daylight apart from the MND challenge one from 2024 and the one showing my prep work.
