All boxes in the Ultra-thin range of 10.6cm square boxes now come with a specially designed transport box for mailing out via the large letter post without additional wrapping and requiring just a tape to seal the box, an address label and postage stamp. Smaller, Ultra-thin 7.5cm square boxes also come with a protective transport box which can be mailed out in a standard C6 envelope as a large letter.
This range of ultra-thin boxes was created following requests from customers for a box that could be sent via the Letter post. Previous individual gift boxes had to be posted to customers via expensive parcel post making the purchase price too high. These thin gift boxes are designed to be sent via Royal Mail Large Letter post, reducing the cost of sending them to customers and also the price customers would pay for sending them on with gifts for friends and relatives. They are, of course still a beautiful option for gifts to be given by hand.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
An ultra-thin, handmade gift box with separate lid designed specifically for necklaces. The box and lid, part of my Garden Beauty collection, are covered in high quality paper featuring stemmed leaves of dark green, light green and gold. The box is complete and ready to use, requiring no further assembly, and the paper completely covers the exterior and interior of both the lid and the base with no cardboard showing. It measures 12.5cm by 7.5cm closed. Outside height is 1.7cm and internal box depth is 1.5cm. The box is thin enough to be sent through the normal post as a large letter rather than at the more expensive small parcel rate. Ideal for all items requiring a low profile, rectangular shape box such as delicate necklaces, but it is, of course, suitable for other small items requiring extra protection.
Each box comes with its own specially designed transport box for mailing out to a customer, relative or friend, still within the large letter postal cost.
They are, of course still a beautiful option for gifts to be given by hand.
I have set the number available to 10 but, because of the way I am now able to source the paper for this box, there is no upper limit on the number of boxes I can supply. However, each box is still individually hand made so there might be a bit of a delay if anyone orders large numbers of them.
