Dappled light through the trees

Full description
As the light fades -This piece was inspired by a moment sitting among Silver Birch trees just before twilight.
I wanted to capture that fleeting quality of magical evening light..... and so a new series of work began.
Here, I have taken wispy wool threads in contrasting colours to suggest the feeling of light amongst the trees. Metallic fibres and silks have been used to add detail. The piece has been felted and free motion stitch added to define.
This original piece can be supplied.

Alternatively, please contact me if you would like this mounted differently. I'm happy to provide a mock up to give you an idea of how this will look in your frame.
