On the flat side of a real King Scallop Shell are a pair of characterful Gannets handpainted against a bright blue background.
Perfect as a wall decoration for your bathroom or kitchen.
Ideal small gift for any sea bird fan.
Painted using acrylics onto a steralised King Scallop shell which measures 10cm high and 11cm wide, with several coats of clear gloss varnish applied, it has blue satin ribbon attached for hanging.
Your Parcel will arrive nicely packaged and presented in a small gift box with tissue and raffia paper with an outer layer of packing plastic, fragile stickers will be applied.
It will fit through a standard letter box.
I use Royal Mail 2nd class postage for this item which is included in the price.

To care for your Shell please wipe clean only with a soft cloth.
CAUTION If shell is dropped there is a possibility it could break and sharp edges be produced.
The mini eisel in the photographs are for display only but can be purchased individually.
I was inspired to paint this piece from my own love of sea birds and I wanted to paint onto my shells, some of the bird species that can be found at The Bass Rock in East Lothian, as it's a special place for me.
My Dad would take us out on the boat and go around that area, they fished and I bird watched x
