I wanted to make a bracelet for people with anxiety, after someone nervously asked me at my stall if I had anything for mental health. We shouldn't be afraid to talk about mental health, so I hope that this allows me to do my bit to help people.

Rose quartz not only has relaxing properties, but also has a lovely nurturing energy, perfect if you could do with a hug!
These crystals are a great pairing as they both have such gentle energies. They both also ease stress and tension, and can soothe headaches.
Stretch bracelet, so no fiddly clasps. Non stretch circumference of about 7inch / 18cm. If you are worried about sizing, drop me a message, and I can make adjustments.
