Full description
This mouse imp is made from a grey-stained porcelain that has been paired with a vintage liberty tana lawn, carefully cut to reveal a full moon under a Japanese yarn dye collar decorated with heat-fixed Indian ink, stitch, and bronze bells. Hiro is weighted and made to be seated, and their limbs are jointed with buttons to move at hip and shoulder. Behind flicks a tail made from grey leather.
Hiro's spirit appears to have spent time amongst old stone and manuscripts, listening to whispers that were never meant to be heard, let alone gathered. The moon has Hiro's back, illuminating pathways available to no other. There is a dry wisdom to this imp, and we are sure they will make a shrewd companion. Hiro's heart stone is smoky quartz.
DIMENSIONS: 12 cm high, 7 cm wide and 10 cm long.
MATERIALS: grey porcelain, vintage liberty tana lawn, Japanese yarn dye, Indian ink, embroidery thread, ribbon, plastic buttons, leather, bronze bells, stuffing, sand, and one smoky quartz crystal.
