Full description
This view of one of the paths through the beautiful village of Muker in Swaledale was inspired by sketches done in situ and photographs that I took on one of my camping trips. It is true to say (as far as I am concerned) that all the Yorkshire Dales are beautiful, but if I had to chose just one it would be Swaledale. If you are lucky enough to visit in early summer when the beautiful wildflower meadows are in full bloom, you really would be hard pushed to beat it.
Painted on St Cuthbert's Mill 140lb, acid free traditional watercolour paper using Schmincke watercolours and professionally mounted using acid free mount board and framed in a simple solid oak frame.
Dimensions:
Frame - 450 x 400mm / 17.75" x 15.75" approx.
Image - 295 x 245mm / 11.5" x 9.75" approx.
Unless requested otherwise I will pack this item very carefully and send it as a recorded / signed for item with Parcel Force or DPD. Should someone wish to collect from me personally this can be done. If you would like to do this please message me to arrange details before purchase to make sure we can make suitable arrangements. Items can either be collected from me in Halifax, or from an event I am due to attend if that is easier for you. Any money you may have paid for P&P will be refunded immediately upon collection of the painting.
