Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
A vibrant floral design featuring a bright red flower with orange undertones, streaky green leaves cut from my favourite fusing glass and a background of tropical golden sand and turquoise sea colours.
The centre of the flower is a dichroic glass nugget I fused in my kiln and the background is cut from 7 different types of glass with lots of texture and steaks to give the suncatcher lots of movement and visual impact.
Agorgeous design in a ring 15.5cm in diameter and hanging from a strong silvery chain which is securely attached at either side of the top.
It's framed in twisted wire for neatness and strength.
My pieces are all unique. I use different shades and textures of glass to ensure that everything I make, even when to the same pattern, is different.
This will make the perfect gift, I never make two pieces exacly the same even to the same design.
