Full description
Handcrafted at approximately 10 inches in length, each mini besom is born from a blend of hand-foraged natural woods and natural fibres to give a truly rustic, traditional feel.
Every broom features a selection of dried botanicals and herbs (such as bay leaf for protection and manifestation, lemon for cleansing). Beautifully bound with twine, this piece serves as a powerful symbolic bridge between the hearth and the spirit world.
Whether hung over a doorway to guard your threshold or placed upon a dedicated altar, this mini broom acts as a physical anchor for your daily practice and a guardian of your home's harmony.
Includes:
1 x Handcrafted mini besom (Length approx. 10 - 11 inches)
Choosing Your Variation
There are three variations currently available in stock:

If you have a preference, please kindly send me a message when placing your order. I am always happy to help and will do my best to accommodate your choice!
The Lore of the Besom: Positioning & Meaning
In folk tradition and modern witchcraft, the way you display your besom carries specific spiritual intent:
Bristles Facing Up: Placing a besom with the bristles pointing toward the sky is a traditional method for attracting good luck and positive energy into the home. It is often placed behind a door to "catch" fortune as it enters.
Bristles Facing Down: Hanging or leaning the besom with the bristles down is used for protection and cleansing. It acts as a spiritual barrier, symbolically "sweeping away" negative vibrations and preventing unwanted energy from crossing the threshold.
Horizontal / Above the Door: To protect the entire household, place the besom horizontally above the main entrance.
As these are created from natural and hand-foraged materials, please expect slight variations in wood texture and botanical placement. Blessed be.
