10cm by 15cm original water colour, coloured pencils and acrylic pens artwork on 300gsm watercolour paper.
In creating this artwork, I was inspired by the richness of summer flowers such as sunflowers and poppies. In some parts of the world, it is believed that sunflowers growing in the garden bring good luck to the gardener. Poppies are symbols for the realm of dreams and peaceful rest. I paired them with old books decorated with golden details. I included some process pictures as well in my listing.
This painting will make a great gift for anyone who likes reading, gardening, flowers and enjoys cosy, enchanting interiors. It is sold with mount and framed in a 12cm by 17cm frame that can be hung or use as bookcase or tabletop decoration.
